Most EA matching starts with a CV. We start with a conversation, and it goes deeper than you might expect. Before we find you the right person, we make sure we actually understand how you work, where your time is going, and what needs to change.

Discover
Before we talk, you'll complete a DISC profile. Then we sit down for a thirty to sixty minute call that feels less like an intake form and more like a coaching conversation. We're uncovering where your bottlenecks actually are, some of which you may not have named out loud yet, and building a clear picture of the skills, working style and personality your EA needs to have.
Match
Using everything from your discovery call, your DISC profile, and our combined twenty five years of EA and executive support experience, we identify the right EA for you. We're matching on how people work, not just what they've done. When we bring you together, it's because we're confident it'll work.
Onboard
Once the match is made, we move fast. Your EA can start the next day. We join the first session with you, get everything set up, and begin building the foundations. The first two weeks are focused on your calendar, your preferences, and your working style, so your EA becomes a genuine extension of how you operate, not just an extra pair of hands.
Sustain
