Every EA starts with a lengthy application and DISC profiling before we even get to interview. We look hard at working style, communication approach, and how they handle pressure and ambiguity, not just their CV. The interview process is rigorous and includes practical tests. Those who make it through then complete Annalli's training programme. Having reviewed more CVs than we can count, we know quickly who has the potential to be exceptional. We only bring people into the Glued network when we're confident we'd match them with our own exec.

It's rare, because the process is designed to prevent it. But if something isn't working, we don't disappear. Georgia and Annalli stay involved, address any concerns directly, and work to resolve them. If the fit genuinely isn't there despite that, we rematch. Your subscription continues throughout. You're never left without support or without us.

Discretion is a non-negotiable part of being a great EA. It's built into our training from day one. Your EA is privy to sensitive information, your inbox, your calendar, your business priorities, and they understand that keeping it is a fundamental part of the role. Every EA signs a confidentiality contract, and NDAs are available for clients who require them.

It moves faster than most people expect. After your discovery call with Georgia and the match, you'll have an onboarding call with your EA to make sure the chemistry is right in person. From there your EA has a structured kickoff call to gather everything they need. Within two weeks your inbox should be under control. Within four weeks your diary is being managed, tasks are coming off your plate without you thinking about them, and the rhythm of the relationship is established. By the three month mark your EA is running the day to day, keeping you accountable to bigger picture priorities, and taking on projects. The pace surprises most people.
