THE GLUE
BEHIND GLUED
TWO SIDES OF
Georgia watched founders and execs drowning in work someone else should have been doing. Annalli watched brilliant EAs placed badly and underused.
Â
GLUED exists because we met in the middle, and because our own working styles couldn't be more different. One of us moves fast and thinks big picture. The other catches what would otherwise slip. That's the match philosophy, lived daily.
THE SAME PROBLEM
Annalli Hamilton, Co-Founder
Annalli spent 25 years as an EA to C-suite executives, founders and high net worth individuals across finance, tech, hospitality, real estate and entertainment. Nobody taught her how to do it. She learned on the job, at the highest level, managing complex projects, overseeing financials, coordinating global events and building teams around her execs.

Everything she learned over those decades is now codified into the GLUED methodology, the training system every GLUED EA works through before they start. It's why she knows exactly what exceptional looks like: adaptability, discretion, and the ability to anticipate what's needed before it's voiced. She's been it.

Based between Ibiza, Switzerland and London, she's spent her career proving that world-class executive support comes down to the quality of the partnership, wherever you're sitting.

Every leader operates differently. Every EA brings different strengths. We build partnerships around both, because the right match depends on knowing each side properly.

Georgia Fitzgerald, Co-Founder
Georgia has spent over a decade (possibly edging towards two, but who's counting) helping business owners grow by building the right teams around them. She began her career as an EA in finance, moved into executive recruitment for FTSE 100 companies and high-growth startups, and now works as a business and leadership coach alongside running GLUED.
Â
Her approach is diagnostic. She sees the whole system: how founders think, where businesses quietly leak time and energy, and why support roles fail. Usually it comes down to unclear role design or misaligned expectations rather than the person. Her discovery calls get underneath what a leader needs before any match is made.
Â
Based between London and Verbier, she runs two businesses and teaches skiing in the winter. Work built around life, which is rather the point.
