Questions worth asking.
What if I don't use all my support in a month? Your subscription covers a dedicated block of support, not a tally of tasks completed. We don't carry hours over or issue credits for quieter months. What you're paying for is your EA's committed time and availability, and that has value whether every minute is filled or not. In practice, the months that feel quieter tend to even out with the ones that don't.
Can I move between tiers? Yes. One month's notice to scale back. If your needs grow, we have a conversation about moving up. We'll always tell you honestly if we think your current tier isn't right for where you are.
Is there a minimum commitment? No minimum term. If your situation changes, one month's notice is all we ask. That said, a great EA relationship takes a few months to really hit its stride. The trust builds, the delegation deepens, and the value compounds. This isn't a one-month fix, it's a long term investment in how you work. But we'd rather you stay because it's working than feel locked in.
Are there any additional costs? No recruitment fees, no placement fee, no setup cost. Your monthly subscription is the cost. Payroll and employment administration are handled by Glued. What you see is what you pay.
