THE GLUED ETHOS

Every leader operates differently. Every EA brings unique strengths. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all placements, we build partnerships that actually work.

The Glue Behind Glued

  • Annalli Hamilton

    TALENT SPECIALIST

Two decades of supporting C-suite executives, founders, and high net worth individuals across finance, tech, hospitality, real estate, and entertainment has given Annalli a deep understanding of what makes an exceptional EA.

She's held the role herself managing complex projects, overseeing financials, coordinating global events, and building high performing teams. That hands on experience across diverse industries means she knows exactly what to look for: adaptability, discretion, strategic thinking, and the ability to anticipate needs before they're voiced.

Annalli's strength is reading people and organisational dynamics quickly. She identifies what a leader actually needs (not just what they think they need) and matches them with EAs who become indispensable strategic partners, not just support staff.

Based between Ibiza, Switzerland, and London, she's built her career proving that world class executive support transcends location, it's about the quality of the partnership.

  • GEORGIA FITZGERALD

    GROWTH STRATEGIST

Georgia spent over a decade (possibly edging towards two but who’s counting) helping business owners scale by building the right teams around them. She began her career as an Executive Assistant in finance, moved into executive recruitment for FTSE 100 companies and high-growth startups, and now brings that experience together with her work as a business and leadership coach.

Her approach is diagnostic. Georgia identifies capability gaps, assesses organisational needs, and places EAs (and wider support roles) who don’t just keep things running — they actively drive growth, efficiency, and momentum from day one. She understands that the right hire isn’t just a time-saver, it’s a competitive advantage.

What sets Georgia apart is her ability to see the whole system. She understands how founders think, where businesses quietly leak time and energy, and why support roles fail not because of the person, but because of unclear role design or misaligned expectations. The result: founders step out of the weeds, and EAs are set up to do their best work from day one.
