The Glue.

The People Behind Glued

Glued was built by two people who saw the same problem from opposite sides — one from inside the EA role, one from building and coaching the teams around it.

Between them, they've seen where EA partnerships work and where they quietly fall apart. Glued exists to fix the part the industry keeps ignoring: the match.

How Glued Started.

It started with a conversation that kept repeating itself.

IAnnalli and Georgia had been working in and around executive support for the better part of two decades when they started comparing notes. The same things kept coming up. Exceptional EAs stuck in the wrong roles. Senior managers absorbing work that was beneath them, assuming support wasn't available to someone at their level. Placements failing — not because of ability, but because no one had thought hard enough about fit.

Both had seen the cost of a bad match. Annalli from the inside, having spent 25 years in the role across finance, entertainment, tech, and hospitality. Georgia from the outside, having placed and coached executive teams for FTSE 100 companies and high-growth businesses.

Glued came out of those conversations. The idea was straightforward: what if the matching was done properly from the start? Not CV to job description. But person to person — working style, communication pace, how someone handles pressure, what they need to do their best work.

The fractional subscription model followed from that. Because the other barrier they kept seeing was the assumption that proper EA support meant a full-time hire. It doesn't. And for most of the senior managers who need it most, it never did.
  • "We weren't solving a recruitment problem. We were solving a matching problem. The industry had been doing the first thing and ignoring the second for years." Annalli Hamilton, Co-Founder

Watch: the Glued story.

Annalli and Georgia on where the idea came from, what they kept seeing break down, and why they built Glued the way they did.

The Founders

Two people. Different vantage points. The same standard.

AH

ANNALLI HAMILTON

Co-Founder, Talent Specialist

Twenty-five years supporting C-suite executives, founders, and high-net-worth individuals across finance, technology, hospitality, real estate, and entertainment. Annalli has held the EA role at the highest level — which means she matches from the inside out.

She's managed complex international projects, overseen financials, coordinated global events, and built high-performing teams. That hands-on depth across industries means she knows exactly what to look for — adaptability, discretion, strategic thinking, and the ability to anticipate needs before they're voiced.

Her strength is reading people and organisational dynamics quickly. She identifies what a leader actually needs, not just what they think they need, and finds EAs who become indispensable rather than just competent.

Based between Ibiza, Switzerland, and London, she's spent her career proving that exceptional executive support is about the quality of the partnership, not proximity.

GF

GEORGIA FITZGERALD

Co-Founder, Growth Strategist

Georgia began her career as an Executive Assistant in finance, moved into executive recruitment for FTSE 100 companies and high-growth businesses, and now combines that experience with business and leadership coaching.

Her approach is diagnostic. She identifies where businesses quietly leak time and energy, why support roles fail — usually not because of the person, but because of unclear role design or mismatched expectations — and what the right hire actually looks like for where a business is now.

What sets Georgia apart is her ability to see the whole system. She understands how senior managers think, what makes them reach capacity, and how to design support that drives growth and efficiency from day one.

The result: senior professionals who step out of the weeds, and EAs who are set up to do the best work of their careers.

What We Believe

The things we won't compromise on.

On matching

"The wrong EA costs more than no EA. In time, trust, and the energy spent starting over. We take the match seriously because the alternative is too expensive."

On access

"EA support is not a C-suite privilege. It's for anyone whose time is worth protecting. At the level our clients operate, theirs is. The assumption that it's not available to them is exactly the problem we're here to fix."

On partnership

"We don't do placements. We build partnerships. That means staying involved, reviewing quarterly, and making sure the relationship keeps earning its place as your role evolves."
