We understand how you actually work.
This is not a sales call. It's a proper diagnostic. We want to know what's filling your day that shouldn't be, where your time and energy leak, what kind of communication pace you operate at, and what a right-hand person would need to handle without being asked twice. This shapes everything that follows.

Profiling
We match on personality, not paper.
You complete a DISC assessment. We profile every EA in our network the same way. We match on working style, communication preferences, autonomy capacity, and how someone handles pressure and ambiguity. We only introduce you to EAs who are compatible with how you operate — not just EAs who are available. This is the part most recruitment misses entirely.

Integration
We handle the onboarding, start to finish.
We embed your EA into your existing systems using proven frameworks: email protocols, calendar management, communication structures, escalation rules. We don't leave you to figure it out. Within seven days you'll feel the difference. We stay involved until the partnership is solid and working the way it should.
